Who we are
This website is run by Juno, a creative studio. Juno is responsible for the personal data described here. For any question about your data, write to hello@junocrafts.com.
What we collect and why
When you contact us. If you use the form on our site, we receive your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to read your message and reply to you. If you write to us by email, the same applies to what you send.
When you visit the site. Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data for each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is needed to deliver the site safely and is kept only for a short time.
That is all. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking, and all fonts are served from our own website.
Services that help us
Messages from the contact form are passed to our inbox by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. Our website is stored by a hosting provider. These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards required by law, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Links to LinkedIn and Instagram take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
Legal basis
We handle contact messages to answer a request you started (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and technical visit data for our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For visitors in Türkiye, the same processing is based on Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
How long we keep it
We keep your messages for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years afterwards unless a longer period is required by law or you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Just write to hello@junocrafts.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens in the Netherlands or the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) in Türkiye.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date above.
